Brief
Most fintech sites either patronise the user with primary-school iconography or terrify them with bloomberg-grade density. Finz needed a third path: confident, calm, and genuinely educational — a platform that takes its user seriously without hiding the complexity.
Approach
We rebuilt the brand around the idea that financial literacy is a slow craft. Editorial homepage, mono-spaced market data, hand-illustrated section dividers. The DemoZ trading simulator gets a calm, dashboard-grade interface; the AI assistant is presented as a tutor rather than a chatbot. Membership flow integrated with Stripe and a single sign-on.
Result
DemoZ activations doubled in the first 60 days. Average session time on the educational content tripled. The AI assistant became the primary acquisition surface, not a feature buried in settings.

small screen first.
Most of Finz's audience lands on a phone. Every flow was prototyped vertical-first, then scaled up — never the other way round.
