Three-week immersion. We sit with the client, the operators, the customers. We map the territory before naming a problem.

Sketch

Wk 03–05

Fast and cheap. Wireframes, prototypes, throwaway HTML. We kill ideas in cardboard so they don't die in production.

III.

Build

Wk 05–10

Engineering and design held in one head. We commit early, refactor often, and treat the staging URL as a daily artefact.

Ship & Tend

Launch is the start. We monitor, iterate, and stay close — most clients keep us on a quiet retainer for the year that follows.
